Each of the 1350 vines will be  cut back to a single or twin fruiting cane which are then carefully bent over horizontally and tied to the fruiting wire. Open Day for Devon Wine Week

13 June 2009

Our Open Day of the 25 May 2009  proved to be very busy and successful. On a very warm/hot day we carried out five guided tours of the vineyard and  raised in excess of £120 for Hospiscare.  Feedback on tastings and wine sales was very encouraging  and we are now looking forward to launching our 2009 vintage which will  be a Rose wine.  Thank you for your support.
