Made using the traditional method, bottle fermented and then aged on the lees for 10 months before being disgorged.  Aromatic, floral and delicate on the nose.  Crisp, zesty, lemony, yet  creamy smooth with honeyed notes on the palate.  Elegant with balanced acidity leads to a delicious finish.

Grapes:  60% Seyval Blanc 40% Reichensteiner
