Made using the traditional method, bottle fermented and then aged on the lees for 6years and 8 months before being disgorged.  Delicate salmon pink colour, soft red berry fruits on the nose leading to strawberries and creaminess on the palate.  Smooth, elegant, perfectly balanced acidity with a fabulous long finish.
