Made using the traditional method, bottle fermented and then aged on the lees for 23 months before being disgorged.  Delicate salmon pink colour, soft red berry fruits on the nose leading to strawberries and creaminess on the palate.  Smooth, elegant, perfectly balanced acidity with a fabulous long finish.
