Our Wines
We did a great deal of research to find out not only which vines grow well in the South West, but also which vines produced grapes that made the wines in the style we enjoy. Our Winemaker, Steve Brooksbank at Bagborough Winery, makes our wine from the grapes that are hand picked at Lily Farm, each vintage possessing its own unique character.
We use the finest quality cork stoppers to our bottles as we believe cork to be the natural companion to Fine English Wines. Cork carries a low carbon footprint and we wish to support the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certification System.
We will not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Judges' Tasting Notes: Very pale silver lime-leaf green. Pretty greengage fruit, hint of lime Tangy spice nuances, bright fruit flavours, lively lemon acidity, fairly long finish.

Judges' Tasting Notes: Deep ruby-purple. Bell-pepper olive, cherry, blackberry, oak. Good extract, chewy tannin texture, very fresh acidity, moderate length.

Judges' Tasting Notes: Very deep ruby-purple. 'Sweet' green and red peppers, leafy underripe blackcurrants. Nice Rondo definition, very crisp acidity, grippy slightly stalky tannins, fair weight and balance, modest length.
